Richard is an experienced family law attorney with offices in Westlake Village and Santa Barbara. Before specializing in family law, Richard was a real estate and business attorney, and he owned and operated an escrow company with five locations, and a 1031 exchange company. Richard has taught business law at Cal State University Northridge, community property law at the Ventura School of Law, and negotiation and mediation at Antioch University in Santa Barbara. Richard has served as a judge and settlement officer with the L.A. County Superior Court, Van Nuys.
Richard’s family law practice focuses on premarital agreements, post-marital agreements, Marvin “Palimony” claims, and divorces as counsel or as mediator.
When not at the office, Richard enjoys sailing and playing guitar.
