David has over 30 years of experience in the practice of Divorce, Trust/Estate and other family related tax matters. He is also experienced in the fields of IRS tax representation and resolution. He is a frequent writer and speaker on various tax subjects and has provided continuing education services to The California Society of CPAs, the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California. He has also served as a tax advisor to the Office of the County of Los Angeles Legal Council, and the Los Angeles County Public Guardian on matters relating to trust, estate, and corporate taxation in probate litigation. He is also the Co-Founder of The Women's Tax Resolution Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization dedicated to providing tax preparation and resolution services to low income women in Los Angeles County.
